2025 VOTER REGISTRATION DATES

VALDOSTA, GEORGIA

Early Voting Dates and Hours

  • Weekday Voting (Monday – Friday)
    • October 14-17: 8:00am to 5:00pm
    • October 20-24: 8:00am to 5:00pm
  • Weekend Voting
    • Saturday: October 18 & 25: 9:00am to 5:00pm
    • Sunday: October 19 & 26: 12:00 to 5:00pm
  • Last Week of Early Voting
    • October 27-31: 7:00am to 7:00pm
  • Election Day
    • Tuesday, November 4: 7:00am to 7:00pm

Acceptable Photo IDs

  • Any valid state or federal government-issued photo ID
  • A Georgia driver’s license, even if expired
  • Student ID from a Georgia public college or university
  • Valid employee photo ID from any branch, department, agency, or entity of the U.S. Government, Georgia, or any county, municipality, board, authority or other entity of this state
  • Valid U.S. passport ID
  • Valid U.S. military photo ID containing a photograph of the voter
  • Valid tribal photo ID containing a photograph of the voter

Georgia Voter ID Card

If you do not have one of the six acceptable forms of photo ID, the State of Georgia offers a free ID card. An ID card can be issued at any county registrar’s officeor Department of Driver Services Office, free of charge.

  • Last Day to request a ballot by mail: October 21
  • Weekend Voting (Saturday)
    • Saturday, October 25: 8:00am to 3:00pm
    • Saturday, November 1: 8:00am to 3:00pm
  • Last Week of Early Voting
    • October 27-31: 7:00am to 7:00pm
  • Election Day
    • Tuesday, November 4: 6:30am to 7:30pm

  • NOTE: NC voters can take advantage of same-day voter registration, which is only available during the early voting period. You will still need to show an acceptable ID when registering to vote.

Acceptable Photo IDs in North Carolina

  • NC Driver’s License or State ID from the NCDMV
  • Driver’s License or ID Card from another state, DC, or a US territory (only if you are registered in NC within 90 days of the election)
  • U.S. Passport book or card
  • NC Voter Photo ID (issued by the county board of elections)
  • Approved student or government employee ID (from the official State Board of Election list)
